We are looking for a passionate Director of Product Management to join our winning team. In this role, you will help deliver new products, features and improvements across Silverfort's offering. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to write requirements, guide implementation, set timelines, and track the outcomes of product releases. This is a great opportunity for a high-energy team member to help build and improve our products! 


Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. 
  • Drive product development from design to launch including features and improvements 
  • Partner with R&D to build, release, and measure extraordinary product offerings 
  • Use your project management skills to create visibility of the R&D pipeline and groom our backlog 
  • Conduct research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing 
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities within the cybersecurity market 

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of Product Management experience in B2B products
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Cyber security and/or Cloud security industry knowledge and experience - a must!
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound product management skills, including. collaborating with global pre-sale, sales, service, and support organizations
  • Strong technological background, ability to dive into technical details and communicate smoothly with development teams
  • Experienced and with the passion to create meaningful product UX and user journey
  • Have a sense of ownership and commitment that enables you to build a product from idea to launch, alongside great execution skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both Hebrew and English)
  • Attention to details and a pixel perfect approach
  • Strong technical skills, networking knowledge or enterprise IT experience - an advantage
  • Proven experience working in agile methodology
