OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Director of Product who can bring operational rigor, clarity of purpose, and outcome-driven leadership to our product organization. You will oversee and elevate a team of product managers with strong guidance, structure, and coaching that drives accountability and results. You will be the connective tissue between strategy and execution, working closely with the SVP of Engineering, GTM teams, and senior leadership to focus on high-leverage investments and deliver customer value at speed—without compromising coordination or quality.

Our Product team leads the charge in designing and delivering powerful, user-centric solutions in the autonomous endpoint management space. From configuration and security to patching across Windows, macOS, and Linux, our products empower IT and security teams to stay ahead of threats with ease and confidence.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Product Operations & Process Excellence

  • Build and implement product management processes that drive clarity, repeatability, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Own and refine the product development lifecycle to support high-velocity delivery with reduced chaos.
  • Develop tools, processes, and metrics for prioritization, capacity planning, and release readiness.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Coach, mentor, and elevate existing product managers into outcome-driven leaders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, customer empathy, and commercial thinking.
  • Lead product team performance management, including hiring, feedback, and professional growth.

Strategic Alignment & Business Impact

  • Drive business-case-first thinking: ensure all product investments are backed by clear customer value, business justification, and expected ROI.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate company vision into product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Help shape pricing, packaging, and onboarding strategies to maximize customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.

Go-To-Market Integration

  • Ensure new product features are launched with strong GTM alignment—coordinating with marketing, sales, and support for enablement and messaging.
  • Lead cross-functional planning for product launches, ensuring readiness across internal teams.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 10+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a SaaS environment at the $20M–$100M ARR stage.
  • Proven success leading product teams through operational and organizational scaling.
  • A natural process builder who brings structure to chaos and thrives on alignment.
  • Deep experience with product lifecycle management, prioritization frameworks, and outcome-based roadmapping.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies, pricing & packaging, customer onboarding, and lifecycle hooks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can rally teams and influence at all levels.
  • High EQ and the ability to coach and empower a team while holding high standards.
