We are seeking a highly innovative and strategic Director of Product Experience to lead the Digital Care, Service Stability, Voice of Customer, and Real-Time Monitoring teams for our DISH TV and Sling TV video brands. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in product and customer experience, a passion for innovation and driving results, and a demonstrated history of managing teams. The Product Experience team is part of the Product & Operations organization, which also includes Product Management, Product Design, Programming Operations, and Product Operations.

- Collaborates with cross-functional teams for the seamless rollout of product enhancements

- Utilizes AI and analytics to foster continuous process improvement
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- Extensive experience in product and/or customer experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in optimizing product/customer experience, leveraging AI and analytics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of product/customer experience best practices.
