People Program Project Management Office (PMO)
- Establish and lead a Program Management Office (PMO) for the CPO to drive accountability for critical people initiatives.

- Partner with PLT and external stakeholders to drive change management and adoption of new programs and tools.
- Ensure US and India teams stay aligned and informed on priorities and progress.

  • Prior experience working in or preparing for US public company environments (or IPO transition).
