As the first Director of Partnerships, you will define and own the partnerships ecosystem for Eve, shaping how we collaborate with law firms, consultants, vendors, and technology partners to drive exponential growth. Reporting to the CMO (in close partnership with the CRO), this role is a key driver of our GTM strategy—bridging the gap between marketing and sales by turning partners and customers into an extension of the Eve GTM machine.
What You Will Accomplish
- Define, own, and scale law firm ecosystem partnerships, including reseller, referral, and marketing partnerships with law firms, vendors, Med Chron companies, consultants, and more
 - Establish new channel motions and close working relationships with partners, including building an events motion for partnership growth
 - Partner with Marketing and Sales to equip every rep to promote and leverage partnerships
 - Deliver measurable outcomes against targets (increased lead flow, closed revenue from channel sales, structured joint GTM motions)
 - Build scalable partnership frameworks and tooling that support long-term expansion beyond FY26
 - Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with customers and resellers
 
What We Are Looking For
- Deep experience in the legal industry with an established network of law firms, consultants, and vendors
 - Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes from partnerships
 - Proven success in building and scaling partnership frameworks in a high-growth environmentComfort with 50%+ travel to meet partners, attend events, and drive market expansion
 - Ability to both execute independently and build out a team over time (player-coach mindset)
 - Strong process builder with the ability to institutionalize partnerships at scale

- A track record of driving 7- and 8-figure revenue through channel and referral partnerships
 - Experience negotiating and closing high-value partnership agreements
 - A collaborative style and proven success working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
