About the Opportunity: 

We are seeking a seasoned Director, Panel Insights to lead the strategy, growth, and innovation of our panel operations as we scale market research capabilities and set new industry benchmarks for service delivery. This role is both visionary and executional, responsible for shaping long-term strategy, aligning operations with corporate goals, and guiding a growing team of panel professionals while influencing company-wide client engagement and research delivery models.

 

The Director will not only oversee panel operations but also play a critical role in shaping corporate strategies, forging external partnerships, and ensuring that panel insights directly drive business growth. As a senior leader, this role influences organizational policies, directs multi-team operations, and ensures our service levels consistently exceed the expectations set by our industry-leading product quality. 


What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership & Organizational Impact (40%)

  • Define and orchestrate the long-term strategy for panel growth, innovation, and scalability, directly impacting corporate goals.
  • Influence company-level strategic planning with data-driven insights and market intelligence.
  • Direct multiple teams (7–10 panel professionals plus indirect cross-functional contributors) to deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and P&L responsibilities for panel operations.
  • Build and manage executive-level partnerships with joint venture partners (Upper Middle, Stat Social, Book Your Data, Data Axle, iMedData, PN Mag).
  • Establish enterprise-level service standards that reinforce brand leadership and competitive advantage.

Executive-Level Client & Stakeholder Engagement (25%)

  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor on client-facing opportunities, guiding feasibility, targeting, and design of high-value B2B and healthcare research initiatives.
  • Influence major client and partner decisions through evidence-based recommendations rooted in historical data and panel capabilities.
  • Represent panel strategy in executive client calls and leadership meetings, shaping outcomes on significant accounts and corporate initiatives.
  • Resolve escalations with authority, directing cross-functional resources to safeguard client satisfaction and revenue impact.

Enterprise Operations & Growth (25%)

  • Architect scalable frameworks for proactive community building, participant recruitment, and panel health management across multiple audiences.
  • Lead automation and technology integration initiatives that transform panel recruitment, profiling, and quality control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and research industry standards, setting company-wide benchmarks for data governance.
  • Oversee financial cycles, reporting, and profitability of panel operations.

Innovation & Policy Influence (10%)

  • Drive technology adoption, leveraging AI and advanced analytics for feasibility modeling, recruitment automation, and client delivery.
  • Shape organizational policies around data integration, project handoffs, and quality assurance.
  • Champion continuous improvement through structured feedback loops and innovation pipelines.
  • Influence corporate initiatives such as development of an internal data chatbot and other enterprise-wide efficiency tools.

What We’re Looking For:

Leadership & Experience

  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, panel management, or market research.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams and scaling operations in fast-growth environments.
  • Proven P&L ownership and budget accountability at a departmental or business-unit level.
  • Established track record of executive client engagement and consultative selling.

Technical & Strategic Skills

  • Expertise in digital panel recruitment, social media advertising, and marketing automation.
  • Strong data integration and CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred), with ability to influence enterprise data strategy.
  • Advanced analytics capability to inform corporate strategy and measure ROI.
  • Mastery of project governance across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Industry & Compliance Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of B2B and healthcare audience targeting challenges.
  • Experience implementing fraud prevention and quality control at scale.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and research industry standards, with ability to shape organizational compliance policy.

  • Competitive base salary: $175,000-$225,000, plus variable compensation

What to Expect:

  • 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter
  • 2nd Round: Aptitude assessment
  • 3rd Round: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
  • 4th Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team

Please note that we are fully onsite work environment, and require daily presence at our LoDo/Union Station (Denver) office.
