What You'll Do
- Lead the delivery of high-quality resident care and clinical services
- Manage and mentor nursing staff and oversee caregiving teams
- Conduct resident assessments and guide individualized care planning
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local clinical regulations
- Support residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being
- Work with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Respond to urgent clinical needs and support resident care outcomes
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
What You'll Need
Required:
- 21 years of age or older
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license
- 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience
- Strong critical thinking and independent judgment
- Able to manage multiple competing priorities in a demanding clinical setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
- 3–5 years of gerontological nursing experience
- Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing care programs
- Prior senior living, long-term care, or skilled nursing leadership experience
