We are seeking a Director of Network Operations who is able to hit the ground running day one. While joining in the midst of a growth spree, this role will be tasked with creating a flywheel out of our recruiting, credentialing, onboarding and ongoing engagement for our Occupational Therapist and Service Provider networks. You’ll directly manage several contractors and third parties who will support in each of these functions. This strategic role will be responsible for standardizing operational processes, publishing reporting to leadership and ensuring our network is adequately staffed to meet demand.

This role offers the opportunity to be responsible for maintaining a robust, qualified, and engaged provider network to deliver exceptional home modification and housing assistance services to vulnerable populations, an exceptionally integral part of our team!

Key Responsibilities

Network Development & Credentialing

  • Partner cross-functionally to anticipate partnership needs including volume, location, scope requirements, and credentialing standards
  • Execute strategic recruitment plans to build and expand our qualified OT and service provider network across all territories
  • Ensure all providers meet regulatory requirements, maintain proper licensing/certifications, and conduct regular compliance audits
  • Create and report on recruitment metrics and credentialing effectiveness

Provider Onboarding & Engagement

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process, maintaining provider engagement through multi-step requirements
  • Implement retention strategies through performance frameworks, regular check-ins, and professional development opportunities
  • Address provider concerns, analyze satisfaction metrics, and continuously improve processes based on feedback
  • Foster long-term partnerships that ensure high-quality service delivery

Operational Excellence & Strategy

  • Develop and track KPIs with actionable insights for leadership reporting
  • Collaborate with Growth and Operations teams to stay ahead of changing business needs
  • Drive strategic improvements across compensation models, provider tools, and service delivery methods
  • Directly manage contractors and third parties supporting network operations functions
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in provider network management, healthcare operations, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience with credentialing processes and regulatory compliance in healthcare or social services
  • Proven track record in recruitment, onboarding, and team engagement strategies
  • Experience with contract management and vendor relationship management
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to think and act strategically, challenge the status quo and deliver results
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, database management, and provider portal technologies

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $150,000/year
