This role is responsible for overseeing a multi-channel marketing department that leverages digital and traditional marketing to drive sales for the organization. Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an annual, data-driven marketing strategy aligned to corporate growth objectives and evolving go-to-market (GTM) priorities
- Lead the marketing organization through seamless adoption and execution of the company’s newly launched GTM strategy, ensuring alignment across sales & marketing and other departments
- Translate GTM strategy into measurable marketing programs that drive pipeline velocity, target account penetration, and market expansion
- Partner closely with sales leadership and National Account Managers (NAMs) to optimize account-based marketing (ABM), product-driven territory alignment, and campaign effectiveness
- Drive growth of premier logo pipeline for private/commercial industry and further adoption of land and expand model within public sector customer base
- Own marketing sourced (first-touch) and marketing influenced (multi-touch) pipeline targets and performance reporting in tandem with Sr. Sales & Marketing Operations Manager using Salesforce CRM and Marketo marketing automation platform
- Lead planning and execution of annual AssetWorks Academy customer training event, meeting or exceeding event KPIs tailored to sales pipeline influence and customer satisfaction
- Identify, implement, and operationalize AI-driven tools and workflows to increase marketing team efficiency, content and campaign personalization, and performance insights
- Continuously evaluate emerging marketing technologies to improve productivity and competitive differentiation
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to support core markets and new product launches
- Manage content strategy, brand positioning, messaging consistency, and digital presence (website, SEO, digital advertising, thought leadership, etc.)
- Align with the sales team to develop and execute specific campaigns for targeted markets
- Understand, analyze, and educate the team on the industry and competitive trends
- Identify and prioritize high-value market segments and underserved verticals
- Ensure sales enablement materials and collateral are current, compelling, and aligned with GTM priorities
- Own the advertising budget, ROI analysis and the production of print, online and all other forms of advertisement
- Oversee event strategy including trade shows, promotions, regional trainings, and other customer engagement programs
- Establish and report on metrics for campaign performance, marketing influenced opportunities and complete ROI analysis
- Manage and lead marketing team resources, including all hiring activities and ongoing talent management tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelors or master’s degree in business or marketing, preferred
- 8 or more years of experience in marketing, software industry preferred
- 3 or more years of experience in management or talent development roles marketing resources
- Entrepreneurial spirit that is passionate about growing the business within a fast-paced environment
- In-depth understanding of SEO best practices & strategy
- Creative thinker
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Some travel is required up to approximately 20%. Travel may include the headquartered PA office, trade shows, remote sales meetings, and other professional development meetings.
