SoSafe is expanding to North America, and we’re looking for a marketing director to drive our entry into this market. As our first marketing hire in the US, you’ll build and execute a strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth across the US.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will set the foundation for scalable, impactful marketing while delivering immediate business results. You will work across digital, events, partnerships, and content, ensuring a cohesive strategy that supports our growth objectives.

Success in this role requires a balance of strategy and execution, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance. As the marketing leader in the region, you will play a critical role in shaping SoSafe’s North American presence, with the opportunity to scale the marketing function as the business grows.

Your Mission 

  • Establish and implement a strategic marketing plan tailored to the North American market, aligned with global priorities and objectives.

  • Drive execution while laying the groundwork for future team growth, acting as a hands-on leader.

  • Develop and optimize campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline growth.

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand reputation and thought leadership in North America.

  • Build relationships with media, industry influencers, and partners to secure press coverage and earned media opportunities.

  • Support customer marketing programs that foster a community of engaged users and thought leaders.

  • Leverage events, content, and partnerships to strengthen market presence.

  • Oversee outbound marketing efforts, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and demand generation campaigns.

  • Refine audience segmentation and optimize outreach effectiveness through data-driven insights.

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Global Marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Work closely with global Brand and Communications teams to align on messaging and positioning as well as drive consistent brand initiatives.

  • Ensure strong collaboration across teams to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and engagement

Your Profile 

  • 10+ years in marketing in B2B, with a proven track record in driving pipeline growth.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience scaling marketing teams and operations.

  • Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, and partner marketing.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and driving collaboration across departments.

  • Excellent storytelling, messaging and communication

  • Experience working with agencies and external partners to drive creative and effective marketing campaigns.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
