Position Summary: Director of demand generation is responsible for driving pipeline growth and revenue impact through integrated full- funnel marketing programs. This role owns MQL and SQL performance, leads digital and event-based demand generation and provides strategic leadership over brand execution and agency partnerships. The leader blends data-driven performance marketing with brand and creative stewardship ensuring campaigns not only convert but also consistently strengthen the brand across all touchpoints.
The leader also owns the Marketing operation and technology and oversees all digital channels (web, social, email, paid media) and oversees marketing technology (Allego, Sales Force Hubspot, etc) partnering with commercial team to ensure messaging, assets, and tools directly support pipeline conversion.
Individual will focus on entire funeral, optimizing ROI and help build right channels to meet customer and marketing technology while managing demand generation team and budget.
The position is expected to work closely with US Commercial Marketing and Medical Director and Sales for Optimizing messaging across channel to meet the company growth and profitability objectives. Serves as the connective tissue between brand storytelling and measurable demand outcomes
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Demand Generation & Pipeline Performance
- Own end-to-end demand generation strategy to drive MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution
- Set and deliver against pipeline, conversion, and ROI targets in close partnership with Sales and Commercial Marketing
- Lead performance marketing across paid search, paid social, email, trade show, print, media, website optimization, and retargeting
- Optimize the full funnel through testing, attribution modeling, and continuous performance analysis
- Develop and analyze data, metrics and KPI’s to devise marketing strategies and ROI.
Integrated Campaign & Go-to-Market Leadership
- Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to business priorities, GTM messages, and product launches
- Translate strategy into campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and activation plans
- Ensure alignment across target audience, creative execution, channel mix, and performance goals
Digital Channel Ownership (Web, Social & Paid)
- Own strategy, performance, and optimization for all digital channels, including:
- Website
- Organic and paid social
- Email and nurture programs
- Paid media and digital advertising
- Ensure digital experiences are optimized for both brand impact and lead conversion
Brand, Creative & Agency Leadership
- Own brand activation and creative execution across demand programs, digital experiences, events, and sales assets
- Lead creative, media, and digital agencies and partner with corporate communication to deliver high-impact, on-brand work
- Ensure brand consistency while tailoring creative for performance across channels
Marketing Operations & Marketing Technology
- Own Marketing Operations, including lead management, scoring, routing, and reporting
- Lead Marketing Technology stack, ensuring tools support scalable growth and clean data flow (e.g., CRM, MAP, analytics, paid media platforms)
- Drive operational rigor, dashboards, and insights to inform decisions and executive reporting
- Measure enablement effectiveness and impact on pipeline progression and conversion
Leadership
- Manage and develop demand generation team which includes a Digital Marketing Coordinator, a Graphic Designer, a Digital Marketing Manager, a Salesforce.com Coordinator and a Marketing Communication Consultant.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Commercial leadership, and Finance
- Influence senior stakeholders through clear performance insights and recommendations
- Build strong alignment between growth objectives, brand strategy, and operational execution
- Partner with corporate marketing and communication to ensure aligned BU operations
Budget Management: Allocate and manage the demand generation budget
- Develops and manages the marketing operating budget.
- Manages the Salesforce.com platform.
- Understands the voice of the customer and utilizes this knowledge in formulating marketing plans.

Required Education and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing
- Experience in US Medical device regulated markets
- Proven ownership of MQL/SQL, pipeline, and revenue impact
- Strong experience with performance marketing and digital channels
- Demonstrated leadership of Marketing Operations and Marketing Technology
- Experience leading creative development and agency partnerships
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated skill in developing and maintaining productive work teams.
- Ability to demonstrate personal integrity in all interactions.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and networking skills with large groups as well as with individuals are essential.
- Ability to effectively present information.
Travel
Some travel is required for this job, approximately 25%. Most travel is out of the area and would require an overnight stay(s).
