Your Impact:

As Director of Marketing & Communications, you will shape how Pearce is represented to customers, employees, and the market. You will lead the company's marketing and communications strategy, strengthening our brand, supporting business development, generating demand, and elevating our employer brand across our Telecom, Critical Power, and Renewable Energy businesses.

Partnering closely with executive leadership and CBRE marketing, you will translate business strategy into compelling marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified opportunities, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure Pearce's messaging is aligned with broader enterprise objectives while maintaining the distinct identity that has made Pearce a trusted leader in critical infrastructure services. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys building while doing.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to executive leadership on brand positioning, corporate messaging, reputation, and market opportunities.
  • Lead corporate communications, public relations, thought leadership, executive communications, and internal communications.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to develop demand generation strategies, account-based marketing initiatives, sales enablement tools, and customer campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
  • Oversee brand management, website strategy, digital marketing, social media, content development, events, and marketing analytics.
  • Collaborate with CBRE and Pearce leadership to align marketing, communications, and brand initiatives, ensuring consistent customer experience while supporting the company's evolving growth strategy and integration efforts.
  • Measure marketing performance, manage budgets and external agency partners, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness through data-driven insights.

Core Experience

  • A strategic marketing leader with 10+ years’ experience who has a track record of building brands, driving demand generation, and delivering measurable business results.
  • Equally comfortable developing executive-level strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute in a lean, fast-growing organization.
  • An exceptional communicator with expertise in corporate communications, storytelling, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership.
  • A collaborative business partner who can work at all levels of the organization and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experienced leading integrated marketing strategies that include branding, digital marketing, public relations, demand generation, corporate communications, and sales enablement.
  • Experienced supporting organizational growth, acquisitions, brand integration, or enterprise marketing initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Experienced in industrial services, telecommunications, energy, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or renewable energy is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
