About the Role

Forethought is hiring a Director of Brand and Integrated Marketing — a strategic, creative leader who will unify how we tell our story across brand, content, social, and event experiences.

This role will translate strategy into storytelling, campaigns, and experiences that make Forethought stand out in the AI and CX landscape. You’ll oversee brand direction, social presence, content strategy, and in-person experiences, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces a consistent and compelling identity.

What You’ll DoBrand & Creative Direction
  • Manage and evolve Forethought’s brand identity, voice, and visual system.
  • Develop creative campaigns that tell our story in a bold, human way.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Produce and review creative work like concepts, copy, and designs. You enjoy the craft.
Integrated Campaigns
  • Connect content, PR, social, and events into unified marketing programs.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches and company initiatives.
  • Build repeatable frameworks for storytelling, brand activations, and events.
Social Media & Thought Leadership
  • Lead Forethought’s social strategy and brand presence.
  • Create content strategies for executives and internal experts.
  • Experiment with new formats, tones, and storytelling to grow engagement.
  • Set and achieve goals for social reach, engagement, and audience growth.

Events & Brand Experience

  • Oversee Forethought’s events and experiences, from field events to major industry conferences.
  • Ensure every event reflects our brand story and creative identity.
  • Collaborate on logistics, content, and creative direction to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Evaluate and optimize event impact on awareness and engagement.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a team of two, plus agencies, fostering creativity and accountability.
  • Partner across departments to tell a unified brand story.
  • Work closely with external agencies to deliver quality creative work.
  • Champion Forethought’s brand, building consistency and reach.

Who You Are

  • A brand storyteller with a clear creative point of view and strong portfolio.
  • Skilled at connecting narrative, visuals, content, social, and events.
  • Experience leading integrated marketing at a growing B2B tech or SaaS company.
  • CX or AI category experience is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable designing event experiences that feel on-brand and memorable.
  • Confident collaborating across Product, Sales, and Leadership.
  • Active understanding of modern social platforms and audience behavior.
  • Strong manager who develops talent and gives clear, direct feedback.
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments where systems are still being built.
