Job Description
Summary
The Director of Integrated Marketing Strategy is critical in shaping and executing marketing strategies for Limelight Hotels and The Little Nell Hotel Group under Aspen One. This role will be responsible for developing both short-term tactical plans and long-term strategic initiatives to enhance brand presence, drive market penetration, and achieve business goals. A major focus is seamless collaboration with the Field Marketing team and shared services groups to deliver cohesive and high-impact marketing campaigns. This position reports to the VP of Marketing.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions
- Lead the development and execution of Aspen Hospitality’s integrated marketing campaign calendar across all channels, covering new hotel openings and existing properties
- Ensure campaign alignment with brand objectives, business goals, sales strategies, and revenue targets
- Create and maintain a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) roadmap, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for successful market entry and brand positioning
- Collaborate with hospitality leadership, shared services, and revenue teams to define strategic marketing priorities and objectives
- Develop detailed campaign plans, decks, and documents for all properties in partnership with internal and external teams
- Partner with digital teams to coordinate advertising, email marketing, website initiatives, and other digital opportunities aligned with brand and campaign goals
- Support the VP of Marketing in shaping brand positioning in both established and emerging markets, maintaining consistency with luxury, community, and customer engagement pillars
- Drive brand awareness, guest loyalty, and market growth through targeted campaigns, strategic partnerships, and innovative marketing approaches
- Develop market strategies that balance local relevance with global brand standards, targeting high-net-worth individuals and key luxury segments
- Serve as the primary liaison between Aspen Hospitality Marketing and Shared Services teams to identify opportunities to enhance processes and workflows
- Lead the strategic briefing process, ensuring all creative briefs are complete, clearly understood, and aligned with campaign goals and workback calendars
- Foster collaboration with creative teams to develop impactful content aligned with marketing objectives
- Report on Budget allocation, usage, forecast budgets and budget gaps
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- 7+ years of integrated marketing experience, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry

- Proficient knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial performance
