NVIDIA is in a period of change motivated by success and tremendous growth. As NVIDIA grows, delivery becomes more complicated as product innovation and execution becomes more interdependent and cross-functional, all the while market and customer demands create a landscape of constantly shifting priorities. You will lead how NVIDIA responds to and adapts to this growth and rapid change. Program Managers in the Infrastructure team are responsible for driving the organization’s program design and execution, including the coordination and delivery of all the dependent infrastructure systems. Infrastructure program managers work with partners across the company to plan and drive team objectives. They collect requirements, define priorities, coordinate scheduling, and address challenges throughout the implementation lifecycle. They also optimize workflow using objective measures to improve engineering efficiency.

Their team will develop and lead objectives. They will collect requirements, maintain priorities, and drive scheduling. They also resolve issues across the infrastructure lifecycle while improving workflow through quantitative metrics for maximum engineering efficiency. You will lead all aspects of this team. You will establish a Program Management charter based on accountability, outcomes, leadership, and delivery. You will set and clearly define high standards and help the team achieve them. You will hire, retain, and grow outstanding people. You will drive high performance, clarity, positive culture, and collaboration.
