  • Deliver ARR performance: Drive pipeline creation, opportunity conversion, forecast accuracy, bookings performance, and execution quality across assigned segments.
  • Lead sales and business development teams: Set clear expectations, coach managers and sellers, inspect activity and quality metrics, and raise team capability through performance rhythm and development planning.
  • Scale repeatable GTM motions: Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Channel, Lifecycle Services, and broader RA Sales to improve handoffs, lead conversion, expansion identification, and customer journey execution.
  • Strengthen field and ecosystem alignment: Connect Fiix value propositions to RA sellers, partners, and customer priorities so the field can identify target accounts, position outcomes, and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Improve operating cadence: Create a disciplined rhythm for deal reviews, pipeline health, forecast calls, KPI scorecards, escalation management, and executive updates.
  • Build talent and capacity: Develop leaders and individual contributors, support recruiting and onboarding, build succession plans, and maintain a healthy, scalable team model.
  • Drive transformation: Contribute to FY27 scale-year initiatives, including coverage model evolution, new offers, partner-led motions, Mexico City COE expansion needs, and productivity improvements.
