In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders and talent across select key functions within the organization as we focus on scaling the organization and everything that comes along with that. Driving impact for our customers is critical to our mission, but equally important is the environment and culture in which the teams operate to achieve and those outcomes. This position requires establishing yourself as a trusted and knowledgeable partner to your business teams, being proactive, curious and solutions minded, and acting as an owner in everything you do. It requires a desire to roll up your sleeves and help make us even better at what we do for our next phase of growth.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop a growing team of People Business Partners with a business-minded approach, empathy, and responsiveness.

  • Understand organizational needs and create and drive processes and policies that are practical, efficient, and reflective of ServiceTitan’s values and principles.

  • Collaborate with People Ops leadership and take lead on organizational-wide initiatives and projects, including M&A, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Recommend business practice/work process improvements to identify opportunities for leveraging and deploying our talent and ensure people-related initiatives have ROI that add to organizational value and output.

  • Coach and develop relationships while inspiring a culture of mutual accountability, constructive collaboration, and high quality execution.

  • Lead your team to enable managers to have impact through consistent performance-management practices, intelligent organizational design, and clear communication.

  • Be a trusted advisor and partner to ServiceTitan leaders on all people-related matters.

Who you are

  • You are a seasoned HR leader with 8+ years of People and HR business experience, ideally with at least 5+ years of experience leading, developing, and managing HRBP teams in a scaling environment.

  • You have well-rounded working knowledge and experience with a variety of HR disciplines such as employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development.

  • You’re both a strategic thinker and someone who will not shy from rolling up your sleeves to clarify competing priorities, provide clear tactical guidance to your team, and execute alongside them when the situation calls for it.

  • You have a consultative approach and know how to facilitate discussion, make recommendations, and ultimately drive alignment around decisions.

  • You have strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence. You also are a dependable team player with a composed and opinionated executive presence.

  • You have the ability to establish, foster, and maintain strong relationships across the organization at all levels.
