  • Partner with Total Rewards and Analytics to conduct global pay equity analyses and remediation planning.
  • Ensure data integrity, validation, and submission accuracy for all statutory reporting.
  • Provide executive-level insights and risk assessments related to pay equity trends.
  • Support the development of global pay transparency strategies aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.

Global Statutory Compensation and Benefits Compliance

  • Partner with Total Rewards and Payroll to ensure compensation programs, policies and systems are designed and maintained to accommodate country specific statutory requirements (e.g. mandatory payments and allowances, overtime regulations, statutory leave entitlements, social insurance contributions etc.)

Immigration Strategy & Operations

  • Lead the global immigration strategy to support workforce planning and business expansion, including drafting immigration and sponsorship guidelines.
  • Oversee visa sponsorship process, work authorization, and compliance tracking processes.
  • Manage external immigration counsel and vendor relationships.

  • Partner with Tax, Payroll, and Finance to ensure compliance with cross-border tax, social security, and compensation regulations.
  • Monitor and mitigate permanent establishment and co-employment risks.
  • Evaluate mobility trends and recommend policy enhancements to support talent strategy and cost management.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across employment law, pay equity, immigration, and mobility domains.
  • Lead remediation efforts where compliance gaps are identified.
