What you will do
- Partnership Strategy & Execution: Define, develop, and execute a global partnership strategy focused on increasing developer platform usage, user acquisition, and overall brand presence within target communities.
- Ecosystem Development: Build and maintain deep relationships with key external stakeholders, including:
- Startup/Venture Capital/Accelerators: Establish partnerships that provide high-potential startups with platform credits, mentorship, and resources, while driving adoption and awareness within top-tier VC and accelerator networks.
- Educational Institutions: Secure partnerships with universities to integrate the Cloudflare Developer Platform into curriculums and student programs.
- Growth Partners: Identify global partnerships that expand reach and drive demand generation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations teams on partnership execution.
- Negotiation and Management: Lead all aspects of the partnership lifecycle, from initial prospecting and negotiation of agreements to ongoing relationship management.
- Program Management: Lead and execute programs from inception to scale.
Who you are
- 12+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or developer-focused technology company.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling partnerships from the ground up.
- Deep familiarity with the global startup, venture capital, and developer education ecosystems.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
- For New York City based hires: Estimated annual salary of $246,000 - $339,000
- For Bay Area based hires: Estimated annual salary of $258,000 - $354,000
