The Director of Global Partner Operations will lead the strategy for Saviynt's partner ecosystem, optimizing processes and driving global partner growth, while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business goals.

The Director of Global Partner Operations will design and execute the operational framework to scale Saviynt’s global partner ecosystem. This leader will drive partner operations and growth by enabling operational excellence across strategic alliances, channel partners, technology partners, and managed service providers. The role ensures seamless partner experiences, scalable processes, and alignment with Saviynt’s business goals in the dynamic identity governance and cybersecurity market.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Develop and execute a global partner operations strategy aligned with Saviynt’s growth and market expansion Goals
- Scale and optimize partner processes across Saviynt’s diverse partner ecosystem, including VARs, system integrators, resellers, service providers, and tech partners.
- Oversee onboarding, enablement, and performance to maximize partner-driven revenue.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and CS to drive joint GTM strategies and co-selling efforts.
- Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting to track performance and ROI.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance partner efficiency and productivity. Guiding strategic decisions and process optimization
- Drive process improvement using data-driven decision-making and best practices.
- Represent Saviynt at industry events, with analysts, and executive forums to reinforce leadership in identity governance.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of leadership in partner operations, channel management, and alliances within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, and enterprise software
- Strong knowledge of partner programs, deal registration frameworks, partner rebates, co-selling methodologies, and other partner operating models
- Deep SaaS business model expertise; strong understanding of customer dynamics and market trends
- Skilled in defining and executing strategic GTM objectives to drive revenue and scalability
- Proven success optimizing GTM processes and solving complex sales challenges
- Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker
- Strong collaborator and influential leader across executive and cross-functional teams
- Track record of scaling global partner operations and driving measurable impact
- Experienced with modern digital partner tools and operational systems like Crossbeam, Impartner, Workspan, Tackle.io, and partner focused AI tools and capabilities.
- Expert in process improvement, operational strategy, and performance management
- Strong communicator with executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Built and led high-performing, globally distributed teams
