The Director of Global Campaigns leads demand generation efforts to drive marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives. This role focuses on designing, executing, and analyzing global marketing campaigns to foster growth and expand into diverse markets.
- Strategize and implement global lead generation campaigns across channels to attract clients.
- Inspire and guide a team of campaign managers, promoting professional development and creativity.
- Align campaigns with broader marketing strategies and goals for business growth.
- Develop lead nurturing strategies to move prospects from awareness to conversion.
- Tailor messaging for diverse audiences and markets, ensuring cultural relevance and impact.
- Coordinate campaigns with product launches, events, and market trends.
- Foster collaboration across teams to ensure consistent objectives and messaging.
- Partner with regional teams to adapt campaigns to local markets while maintaining brand consistency.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, focusing on campaign management.
- Proven success in global campaign strategy and execution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS industry trends and customer behaviors.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Strategic vision, inclusive leadership, adaptability, and customer focus.

This position has a salary range of:
$133,800.00 - $200,700.00
Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage.
