We are seeking an experienced FP&A Director with 10-15 years of experience to lead planning and analysis for our growth organization. This role will be a key strategic partner to the executive team, driving insights that shape pricing, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies. You will oversee all aspects of revenue modelling, reporting, sales and marketing operating expenses, and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market dynamics. Additionally, you will manage a global FP&A team aligned by region, fostering collaboration and consistency across geographies.
What a day in life of looks like:
- Own the revenue forecast process across all product lines and regions.
- Develop and maintain robust models for ARR, churn, upsell, and new bookings.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate revenue drivers and optimise growth strategies.
- Deliver accurate and timely revenue reporting for executive leadership and board presentations.
- Monitor KPIs such as ARR, NRR, CAC, and LTV, and recommend improvements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team across multiple regions.
- Ensure alignment of processes, tools, and reporting standards globally.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Growth Officer and CFO, supporting strategic decisions with data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in revenue recognition and forecasting.
What you bring to the team:
- Proven experience in FP&A leadership roles within SaaS or software companies.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based revenue models and key SaaS metrics.
- Experience managing global teams and driving alignment across regions.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and FP&A tools (e.g., Oracle NSPB, NetSuite, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred.
US Base Salary Range 150K – 175K USD
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
