What you'll do here:

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Enterprise Account Executives, encouraging a culture of performance and accountability

  • Own and complete a revenue strategy passionate about acquiring and growing enterprise accounts

  • Build positive relationships with C-level executives to understand their cybersecurity training needs

  • Coordinate the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless and consultative experience from prospecting to renewal

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies

Skills you will need here:

  • 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quota

  • 3+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and scaling teams of 5+ people

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise deals of $100K+ and navigate long sales cycles

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with C-suite executives

  • Deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and a consultative approach to solution selling.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$117,100.00 - $152,200.00 USD
