Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director, Enterprise Enablement to lead the teams that power how Greenway Health runs internally: the systems our back-office teams work in, the data leaders use to make decisions, and the AI capabilities that change how work gets done.

This role brings together three functions under one leader: Business Applications (Salesforce and Dynamics, supporting Finance and Operations workflows), Business Intelligence (enterprise data strategy and reporting), and the newly created AI Enablement team (agentic workflow optimization across the organization). You will connect these disciplines into a single, coherent enablement strategy, so that well-run applications, trusted data, and intelligent automation reinforce one another instead of operating in silos.

As a key leader within the Technology organization, you will bridge business needs and technical capabilities, partnering with functional leaders to modernize platforms, improve decision-making, and embed agentic AI into core business processes. You will build, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Enterprise Enablement Strategy & Leadership

•       Define and execute a unified Enterprise Enablement strategy across business applications, business intelligence, and AI, aligned to company priorities

•       Lead, mentor, and develop three teams, including application owners, analysts, data and reporting professionals, AI practitioners, and early-career talent and interns

•       Partner with leaders across departments (e.g., finance, operations, product, sales, customer support) to prioritize investments and sequence work across all three teams

•       Manage budget, vendors, and resourcing across the portfolio, and establish clear roadmaps, operating cadences, and accountability for results

Business Applications

•       Own the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day health of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics platforms supporting Finance and Operations (back-office) workflows

•       Partner with Finance and Operations leaders to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data integrity within core business systems

•       Establish sound platform governance, including release management, security and access controls, integration standards, and change management

•       Evaluate, select, and manage enterprise application vendors and implementation partners

Business Intelligence

•       Define and drive the enterprise data strategy, including data governance, quality, and a trusted, well-documented source of truth

•       Oversee enterprise reporting and analytics so leaders at every level have timely, accurate, and actionable insight

•       Rationalize reporting tools and assets, and promote self-service analytics and data literacy across the organization

•       Ensure the data foundation is ready to support AI initiatives, including data access, lineage, and quality

AI Enablement

•       Define and execute the organization’s AI Enablement strategy, focused on agentic workflow optimization throughout the business

•       Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases, and design and oversee the implementation of agentic workflows that automate tasks, augment decision-making, and improve efficiency

•       Establish frameworks for evaluating, selecting, and deploying AI tools, platforms, and vendors

•       Build and manage a pipeline of AI initiatives from ideation through production deployment

•       Drive adoption through training, documentation, and internal evangelism of AI capabilities

Measurement, Governance & Innovation

•       Define success metrics and track ROI across applications, data, and AI initiatives

•       Ensure responsible and secure use of technology and AI, including governance, compliance, and risk management practices

•       Stay current on emerging trends in enterprise applications, analytics, AI, agent-based systems, and automation, and translate them into practical applications

What We’re Looking For

•       10+ years of experience in technology, enterprise applications, data and analytics, digital transformation, automation, or AI-related roles, including 5+ years leading teams

•       Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change

•       Demonstrated experience managing enterprise business applications (such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable

ERP/CRM platforms), ideally supporting Finance and Operations processes

•       Strong understanding of data strategy, business intelligence, and reporting, including governance and data quality practices

•       Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly LLMs, automation, and workflow orchestration

•       Experience designing or implementing automation or AI-enabled business processes

•       Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value

•       Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead managers and teams with differing skill

        sets

•       Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes

Education Requirements

•       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data/Analytics,

Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

•       Master’s degree or relevant advanced certifications preferred, but not required.

Nice to Have

•       Hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain, RPA tools, workflow automation platforms)

•       Experience with agentic systems or multi-step AI workflows

•       Experience with modern data platforms and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure data services)

•       Background in consulting, product management, or enterprise transformation

•       Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance considerations in AI, including experience in healthcare or other regulated

        industries

What You’ll Build

•       A unified Enterprise Enablement function that connects applications, data, and AI to accelerate how the organization works

•       Well-governed, scalable business applications that streamline Finance and Operations workflows

•       A trusted enterprise data foundation and reporting experience that leaders rely on to make decisions

•       A scalable AI Enablement team with repeatable frameworks for identifying, designing, and deploying agentic workflows

•       A culture of innovation where teams leverage technology, data, and AI to work smarter and faster

Why This Role Matters

This role is central to how Greenway Health operates and evolves in the age of AI. By leading business applications, business intelligence, and AI enablement together, you will make sure the systems, data, and intelligent automation our teams depend on work as one, directly shaping how teams operate, unlocking productivity, and enabling new ways of working.
