What You’ll Do

  • Foster a culture of technical excellence within the engineering team.
What You’ll Need
  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in engineering leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams or squads delivering complex, enterprise-grade software products.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally across product, science, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong technical foundation in modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Experience building scalable, secure, and compliant systems in healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational leadership skills; ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • A passion for mentoring engineers and developing high-performing teams.
