Technical Architecture & Implementation: Drive architectural decisions for complex developer tooling systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Oversee the design and implementation of build systems, CI/CD pipelines, static analysis tools, and development environment automation.
Engineering Excellence: Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and operational excellence across all tooling teams. Implement metrics and KPIs to measure developer productivity and tool effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary interface between tooling teams and their internal customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and proactive communication of roadmaps, changes, and improvements.
Talent Development: Build, grow, and retain high-performing engineering teams through effective hiring, mentoring, career development, and technical leadership. Foster an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Risk Management & Operations: Ensure robust operational practices for critical developer infrastructure, including monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact developer productivity or code quality.
