Key Responsibilities
- You own core roadmap for driving AI adoption and automation initiatives for Customer Success
- Support and accompany the product and IT development teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle to drive the best user experience
- Act as a gatekeeper for your team, serving as the interface between them and other stakeholders, including Product Owners, Product Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects.
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring the content and conceptual integrity of the backlog.
- Create meaningful user stories that are well-formed, aligned with product strategy, and clarify story details.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years managing SaaS platform development.
- Proven experience in developing strategies that drive SaaS adoption
Preferred Requirements:
- Advanced or expert knowledge of AI, Salesforce Agentforce, and automation
- Experience within a SaaS/Software company.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks or prompt engineering
