What You'll Do:

  • Skillfully lead customers through entire sales process from prospecting to closing, launch and collections
  • Develop sales strategies to analyze competitors and assess business opportunities
  • Continuously evaluate what's driving success and failure, and make improvements
  • Define sales process including: prospecting, presentations, pricing, negotiations, contracting, booking rules, and forecasting.
  • Build sales team culture and collaborate with others to close more business
  • Ensure service is delivered at customers' expectations and customers renew

How You Can Do More than Sales:

  • Share customer feedback and market insights with the product team
  • Take a holistic view of the business including long term growth of physician community 
  • Help create company wide culture and positive working environment
