As the Director of Demand Generation and Growth Marketing at SignalWire, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth for SignalWire’s array of industry-leading products. This high-impact leadership role requires a strategic builder who can own the entire growth engine, from identifying high-potential markets and channels to designing and executing multi-channel campaigns, digital events, and advertising programs targeting both engineering executives and developers alike. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining our PLG and SLG motions and will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, business operations, customer success, and other teams to build a unified go-to-market strategy that drives measurable results and accelerates scaling of a category-defining technology company.

ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership
Define and own a multifaceted demand generation strategy, aligning with company goals and sales objectives.
Manage and optimize the demand generation marketing budget, allocate resources based on quantitative performance analysis, identify and scale top-performing levers.
Assess and evolve the marketing technology stack to maximize business impact.
Embrace and experiment with cutting-edge, AI-powered marketing tools and processes.
Build, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team focused on pipeline creation and sales acceleration.
Integrated Campaigns & Cross-GTM Alignment
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, content syndication, ABM, virtual and hybrid events, SEO & AEO etc.) to generate and nurture leads.
Partner with product marketing to craft compelling messaging and offers and apply them to campaigns that drive awareness and engagement with the core buyer and use-personas in our ICP.
Align demand generation with content and PR campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
Partner with sales leadership and revenue operations to hold regular meetings and design shared workflows that track pipeline and revenue, explain shifts at a high level and across segments, and enable taking data-informed action.
Data & Operations
Build a rigorous performance marketing and ABM program with clear attribution models, forecasting, and ROI tracking.
Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture programs.
Partner with business and revenue operations to co-own marketing analytics, BI dashboards, and reporting to provide actionable, data-driven insights across marketing, sales, and customer success.
Partner with RevOps to develop and refine shared terminology, reports, and dashboards that provide clarity on progress toward goal attainment and past performance.
Events & Field Marketing
Own the strategy and execution of in-person and virtual events such as trade shows, field events, and executive roundtables.
Collaborate with sales to deliver impactful field marketing programs that drive engagement and conversion.
10-15 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role owning the demand generation and growth function at a fast-growing company with highly technical audiences
A history of successfully scaling at least one company through aggressive growth stages
Deep expertise across digital channels, including performance marketing, SEO/AEO, email, and lifecycle campaigns, and a knack for connecting creative storytelling with rigorous funnel optimization.
Experience leading cross-functional marketing campaigns involving brand, content, comms, and product marketing.
Proven ability to align marketing, sales, and product teams to create a unified, go-to-market strategy that delivers measurable business results.
Expertise with core marketing tools across marketing automation, ABM, and attribution, Google and LinkedIn ad platforms, CRM, analytics tools, as well as hands-on experience with piloting and adopting AI-enhanced and AI-first tools
Comfortable working closely with senior executives and influencing at the leadership level
Excited to look beyond tried-and-true demand generation tactics and adopt new techniques
Experience in developer marketing and a passion for bringing to market breakthrough infrastructure technology, especially in telecommunications and Voice and Video AI, is a significant plus
