- Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, AI, and Research to shape group-wide product strategy, using metrics, experimentation, and data-driven insights to drive clarity and alignment.
- Design and evolve experimentation and measurement frameworks-including governance, methodology, and tooling-that raise the bar on rigor while capturing both short-term behaviors and long-term user success aligned to business outcomes.
- Lead development of shared data systems, models, and infrastructure (e.g., behavioral analytics, outcome measurement, pipelines, internal tools) in collaboration with AI, ML, and Data Platform teams to accelerate discovery, personalization, and decision-making.
- Synthesize signals across teams and user journeys, identifying cross-cutting trends and patterns that proactively inform product direction and strategic trade-offs.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to executive stakeholders, advising on product strategy, roadmap decisions, and performance diagnostics through a data and experimentation lens.
- Represent the product group in org-wide DS&A forums, contributing to planning, capability building, and the evolution of data culture and best practices.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing DS&A team, fostering inclusion, coaching, autonomy, and sustained professional growth.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in data science or analytics, including 3+ years leading and developing data science teams, with demonstrated success supporting mission-driven, user-centric consumer products.
- Deep expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and user behavior modeling, with a proven ability to turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear, data-informed strategies and outcomes.
- Strong technical fluency in SQL and Python, with the ability to engage deeply in modeling and analysis, guide technical direction, and partner effectively with AI and ML teams.
- Systems-level thinker experienced in scaling measurement frameworks and data infrastructure to support longitudinal, qualitative, and outcome-oriented insights.
- Proven cross-functional leader and influencer, able to align diverse stakeholders, communicate complex ideas clearly, and drive impact through collaboration-not just analysis.
