This role involves developing and implementing data strategies, managing a team of data professionals, and collaborating with various departments to leverage data insights for improving business performance, optimizing processes, and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive data intelligence strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals.
Data Collection: Oversee the gathering of data from diverse sources, including databases, CRM systems, web analytics, social media, and other relevant channels.
Data Processing and Quality: Establish and maintain processes for data cleaning, transformation, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Data Analysis and Insights: Lead the application of statistical techniques, data mining, machine learning, and other analytical methods to identify patterns, trends, and relationships within the data.
Data Visualization and Reporting: Direct the creation of visual representations of data, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Actionable Insights and Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business performance, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making.
Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, data scientists, and other data professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions. Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Technology and Tools: Evaluate and recommend data intelligence technologies and tools to enhance data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization capabilities.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and establish data governance policies and procedures to protect data assets.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
