Job Title: Director of Data & Services
Overview: Ethisphere is looking for someone with a strong background and passion for Ethics & Compliance (E&C) to join our Data & Services team. This candidate will work closely with E&C program leaders to assess and mature their programs, will provide thought leadership to the broader E&C community, and will work closely with colleagues to provide subject matter expertise to internal clients.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with E&C program leaders to understand their program goals and to help them improve their programs
- Conduct and deliver E&C program reviews for Ethisphere clients to assess compliance program design and maturity, and provide ongoing support to clients as they mature their programs
- Provide advice and guidance to Ethisphere clients on a variety of E&C related issues including:
- E&C program governance
- Promoting an ethical culture
- Assessing E&C risk
- Training and communicating
- Managing third-party risk
- Managing conflicts of interest, gifts, entertainment, etc.
- Reporting and investigating misconduct reports
- Monitoring and auditing
- Support the work of other Ethisphere teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product and Technology
- Contribute to thought leadership (blog posts, podcasts, magazine articles, webinars, masterclasses, etc.) on E&C topics
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience working in the E&C field required
- Deep understanding of E&C-related regulatory guidance and E&C program best practices
- Knowledge of processes, controls and regulatory requirements in core areas is preferred (e.g., of E&C, including corporate governance, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, export controls and sanctions, data privacy, information security, environmental sustainability, and social responsibility).
- Ability to independently manage workflows associated with assigned projects
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills and the ability to learn quickly, work independently with minimal supervision, manage and prioritize multiple projects in a team environment
- Multilingual skills a plus but not required
