What you will do in a Director, Data Analytics role at Kyruus Health:
- You’ll own the technical aspects of analytics at Kyruus Health, including technical infrastructure, data models and organization, ETL and data movement, MCPs/LLMs/FMs, and management of the technical analytics team. You’ll be always looking to the horizon to map out how Kyruus can scale analytics.
- You’ll manage the systems, software and vendors that we use to make analytics run at Kyruus Health.
- You’ll work with your Product counterpart to understand and support broader Product Development initiatives and customer needs; set priority and identify tradeoffs, clear blockers to overall team effectiveness, recommend process improvements, and manage KPIs.
- You’ll partner with the broader R&D team to promote analytics best practices and provide guidance, coaching, and technical leadership. You’ll recruit, hire, coach, and develop amazing analytics team members.
- You’ll stay current with industry trends and technologies including Generative AI, ML, and NLP techniques, healthcare standards like FHIR, general healthcare trends, and trends around personalization, real time analytics, predictive analytics, and delivering actionable insights. You’ll use these to match market trends to product investments.
- You’ll manage vendor relationships (like Matillion, Google Looker, etc.).
- You’ll lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing on-shore and offshore team of data engineers, data scientists, and BI developers.
- You’ll report to the Vice President of Engineering, Data & Platform within the Engineering & Technology division.

How You Can Grow
What you will bring:
- 10+ years of experience in analytics or data science roles, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong track record of leading analytics teams in high-growth or technology-focused environments.
- Expertise in modern data and analytics stacks, including cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), data modeling tools (e.g., dbt), BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and data orchestration.
- Experience designing and implementing self-service analytics capabilities.
- Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, and privacy best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate complex data concepts into business impact.
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and advanced analytics techniques is a plus.
Compensation Information:
- Base Pay Range: $193,000- $217,000/year
- Other Compensation: In addition to your salary, this position is also eligible for our annual bonus program, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are a guideline and pay is based on a variety of factors including; qualifications, competencies, skill-set, and organizational needs.
