The ideal candidate has experience designing and executing global partner, customer marketing programs and events, while also rolling up their sleeves to execute. You will partner closely with sales and partner leaders, and success will be measured on your ability to generate pipeline impact.

The compensation for this position is commensurate with experience, with a range between $120,000 - 140,000 CAD in on target earnings.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership
- Define and lead the global partner and customer marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with sales and partner leadership.
- Develop a global nurture strategy to maximize value from our existing database and improve conversion across the funnel.
- Translate strategy into scalable programs that deliver measurable pipeline growth.
- Program Execution
- Design and launch integrated campaigns that provide global coverage to drive awareness and engagement with existing database of customers and partners.
- Manage program development end-to-end, including, content, events, and digital execution.
- Own program metrics and reporting, ensuring visibility into pipeline influence and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with regional managers, sales, partner managers, and digital marketing to ensure alignment and maximize program impact.
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales and partner leaders, ensuring marketing programs support revenue priorities.
- Team Leadership & Growth
- Manage and mentor a small but growing team, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Build the foundation for a global programs function that scales with company growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with a strong background in partner marketing, customer marketing, and lifecycle/database marketing.
- Proven ability to design and execute global programs that drive pipeline.
- Strong understanding of the full funnel, from awareness to upsell/expansion.
- Hands-on execution experience combined with the ability to set strategy and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating closely with sales and partner leadership.
- Management experience, with the ability to lead and scale a team.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning program metrics and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Analytics or Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles within enterprise software or SaaS.
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams supporting large, strategic accounts.
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar relationships in a B2B software environment.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of customer success metrics, health scoring, and customer lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
