Job Description:

Pluralsight is seeking a Director of Creative Services to lead brand expression and creative execution across our global B2B marketing organization. This role owns how our narrative is brought to life across digital, field, events, web, video, and sales enablement — ensuring enterprise credibility, visual consistency, and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations, this leader will optimize Creative Services into a high-performing design and production engine that delivers speed, clarity, and quality across a diverse portfolio of SaaS solutions.

You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales to translate positioning into compelling creative that supports pipeline growth, customer engagement, and enterprise trust.

What you’ll do:

Creative Strategy & Execution

  • Lead creative strategy and execution across B2B marketing initiatives

  • Translate positioning and messaging into cohesive, high-impact design

  • Elevate brand presence across corporate and international markets

  • Ensure creative aligns to enterprise buyers and complex buying committees

Visual Brand Stewardship

  • Own and evolve Pluralsight’s visual brand system

  • Operationalize brand standards across all channels and geographies

  • Develop scalable design systems, templates, and governance processes

  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and credibility across touchpoints

Asset Production & UX

  • Oversee design and production for campaigns, web, events, sales materials, and video

  • Lead UX and page architecture in partnership with Product Marketing

  • Ensure creative excellence across digital and offline experiences

  • Embed accessibility, usability, and modern design best practices

Creative Operations & Efficiency

  • Optimize intake, prioritization, and resource allocation processes

  • Improve throughput and time-to-market without increasing headcount

  • Align workload to business priorities

  • Manage creative budget and agency spend responsibly

  • Increase reuse through modular design systems and templates

  • Drive clarity in briefing and execution to reduce rework

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Product Marketing to bring positioning to life visually

  • Support Revenue Marketing with high-performing campaign assets

  • Collaborate with Sales to strengthen enablement materials

  • Serve as the creative bridge between strategy and execution

  • Champion disciplined creative briefing and design thinking across marketing

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team (design, video, UX)

  • Align skills and roles to current business priorities

  • Foster accountability, ownership, and operational rigor

  • Guide the team through shifting priorities while maintaining quality

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Experience optimizing creative operations and workflows

  • Proven ability to drive efficiency and improve team performance

  • Experience managing agencies and external partners

  • Portfolio demonstrating high craft and strategic thinking in B2B contexts

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma preferred

  • Strong understanding of web, UX, accessibility, and digital best practices

  • Experience operating in disciplined, performance-driven environments

  • Understanding of marketing across multiple channels (digital, field, events, PR, web, sales) and experience driving a unified vision across those channels

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in creative leadership across B2B technology or SaaS

  • 4+ years leading in-house creative teams

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Physical Requirements:

Pay Transparency:

The annual US base salary range for this role is $148,200 - $195,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
