SonicWall is seeking a hands-on Director, Creative Services who will own the brand and drive our creative expression across all platforms and touchpoints. This dual-role position combines strategic brand management with creative leadership, ensuring that SonicWall’s identity is powerfully communicated and consistently executed to support business goals and reinforce market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, define, and evolve SonicWall’s brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market positioning.

Plan, direct, and control brand policies and initiatives that achieve image-related goals and elevate brand perception across products, services, and customer segments.

Monitor brand performance using market research, product analysis, and customer feedback to recognize opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Lead and execute high-impact creative design across digital, print, video, events, and other marketing channels.

Serve as SonicWall’s lead designer, contributing hands-on to creative concepting, development, and execution.

Ensure all creative assets reflect brand standards, voice, and tone, and maintain visual and messaging consistency across all mediums.

Manage external design, production, and creative agencies to deliver on-brand, high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive leadership teams to support campaigns, launches, and key initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications.
  • Master's degree preferred or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in brand management and creative leadership, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand development and design execution.
  • 5+ years of management experience preferred.  
  • Expert proficiency in usage of modern design and production tools for the production of marketing assets including digital, web, collateral and video.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and design principles.
  • Experience managing external vendors and agencies.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills.
