The Director, Corporate Counsel position will be a member of the healthcare regulatory team and support the Revenue Operations Team, the business unit that is responsible for all components of the revenue cycle process.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide healthcare regulatory legal support for the Revenue Operations Team, and provide guidance on compliance with federal and state laws and healthcare regulations including the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute.
  • Support day-to-day operations, and manage complex projects and strategic initiatives for the business.
  • Manage business-specific projects by applying deep expertise in subject area, communicating with stakeholders, and promoting adherence to all procedures and policies.
  • Assist with drafting advocacy and policy communications to state governmental agencies.
  • Partner with Team Quest (Compliance), Government Affairs, Patient Resources, and other Legal teams.

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • J.D. Degree with four to six+ years of relevant healthcare regulatory experience is required.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws including but not limited to Anti-Kickback (AKS), FCA, HIPAA and Stark.
  • Must be admitted to practice and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction in the United States.
  • Experience in project management within a healthcare company or law firm.
  • Solutions-oriented with a focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and possessing sound judgment.

The Salary Range for the role is $97,000.00 - $153,000.00 per year.
