Position Overview
The Director of Corporate Compliance serves as the operational backbone of Regal Rexnord’s global compliance function. This role ensures the day-to-day program runs effectively and with discipline, while also leading the evolution of the compliance program to align with regulatory expectations and enterprise risk management. The Director partners closely with legal, HR, audit, and business leaders to embed ethical practices and regulatory adherence into the company’s strategic and operational framework.
Core Responsibilities:
Program Operations
Provide overall program management and coordination support to ensure compliance initiatives are aligned, on schedule, and effectively deployed across the business.
Implement and continuously improve a risk-based corporate compliance program aligned with U.S. and global regulatory expectations.
Oversee administration of and enhance key compliance processes such as the Integrity Stand Down process, policy management and program governance
Prepare recurring reporting for senior leadership, including segment-level updates, quarterly ELT reports, board/audit committee materials, and program metrics.
Drive compliance data analytics and reporting, with responsibility for central tracking of training completion, case metrics, trends, and corrective actions.
Risk & Investigations
Oversee the full lifecycle of the Integrity Line process, including intake, triage, investigation support, case tracking, closure, and documentation.
Oversee, lead or support investigations into integrity – related concerns and collaborate with HR and legal to ensure fair, consistent and timely resolution of cases
Serve as primary compliance liaison to internal audit, partnering closely on investigations, control testing outcomes, gap identification, and corrective action tracking to ensure alignment across assurance functions.
Maintain a risk-based compliance program tailored to business needs and changing regulatory expectations
Own key compliance risk areas, including the Company’s data privacy program (e.g., GDPR and US state laws), ABAC program (e.g., FCPA and UK Bribery risks), third party due diligence, crisis and incident response readiness program, and related risk-specific policies, training and controls.
Serve as the key representative for cyber/AI risk management
Lead and support implementation of ERM program, ensuring it is aligned with the organization’s risk appetite and enterprise-wide objectives, and integrating it with compliance initiatives across the business
Training & Culture Building
Lead the development and execution of compliance training calendars, learning plans, and communications across the global organization.
Deliver compliance training programs tailored to the Company’s key risks
Promote a “speak-up” culture through awareness campaigns and leadership engagement.
Partner with segment and functional leaders to embed compliance expectations into business decision-making and leadership behaviors.
Strategic Collaboration
Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Compliance Officer and strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping translate compliance requirements into actionable business practices.
Partner with segment and functional leaders to scale compliance efforts in alignment with business growth, translating regulatory requirements and risks into actional business guidance.
Represent the compliance function in cross-functional initiatives, including policy alignment, audit preparation, and cultural transformation efforts.
Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in legal, compliance or regulatory roles and 3+ years of corporate compliance specific responsibilities
At least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
JD, CPA or Masters in Law, Business, Accounting or related field strongly preferred
Prior experience in publicly traded or highly regulated global company is strongly preferred
Professional certifications such as CCEP (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional), CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), or CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional) are preferred
Deep knowledge of US and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act, SOX, data privacy, trade compliance, etc)
Strong understanding of public company obligations, including reporting, controls, and compliance governance structures
Familiarity with compliance technology and systems (e.g., Convercent, Navex, EthicsPoint, case management, third-party screening tools, ERM systems, AI data reporting tools, etc)
Ability to analyze data and trends to inform risk-based decisions and program improvements
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders, including C-suite, segment heads, and functional leaders
Track record of building and maturing compliance programs, including policy design, process enhancements, training and communications, monitoring, and internal investigations

Compensation Details:
$180,000 - $250,000
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
