It is critical that this individual is driven, self-motivated, can work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrates both good judgment and discretion.
This role requires strong business acumen and a deep interest in understanding the “why” behind financials and the core drivers of the business. From crafting the story behind the numbers for the Management Team and Board of Directors, to leading high-visibility initiatives that drive net revenue accretion, to helping shape strategy for our GTM Operations in partnership with Commercial and Business Technology teams, your responsibilities will strengthen the company’s ability to understand key drivers of business performance, make informed decisions, accelerate growth, and continuously improve commercial performance.

- Own the development, narrative structure, and strategic framing of monthly KPI reviews, delivering longitudinal analysis and Finance-led strategic topics for the company’s most senior leaders
- Lead Revenue Reporting for internal and external stakeholders, synthesizing underlying business drivers into clear, executive-ready insights that highlight trends, surface opportunities, and drive action
- Tell a concise, insightful, and compelling story behind the numbers for executive audiences, combining deep familiarity with business drivers with the ability to step back and articulate key themes
- Provide strategic thought leadership by performing and reviewing financial analysis, building business cases, evaluating alternatives, and presenting clear recommendations to executives
- Support in setting sales targets on a quarterly basis, identifying areas of risk and opportunity for leadership discussion
- Drive ad-hoc analysis for Executive, GTM, and Product organizations to support strategic or tactical decision-making needs
- Lead continuous improvement of Finance systems, processes, and controls to enhance accuracy, reliability, and scalability
- Develop and own reporting systems and data visualization capabilities that enable senior leadership to monitor performance, KPIs, and overall business health
- Own Board-level reporting on qualitative and quantitative progress against product initiatives, partnering with R&D leadership to understand and articulate product performance
- Serve as a thought leader on optimal revenue operations, partnering with Commercial to define and evaluate new business opportunities, prospect tiering, customer hierarchy, sales compensation strategy, etc.
- Be highly proactive in identifying and recommending actions that enhance revenue insights, commercial performance, and overall financial clarity
- Provide mentorship, direction, and thought partnership to supporting team members, fostering a high-performing analytical team

- Typically 15+ years of functional experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8+ years experience. Needs to have at least 7 years of managerial experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights for senior leadership
- Experience putting together materials and telling the story behind the numbers to very senior audiences including, but not limited to the senior leadership team and sponsors / investors
- Experience in commercial finance/sales finance preferably in a high-growth environment
