The estimated base pay range for this role is $142,000 to $191,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.

Under the direction of the Corporate Development Partner the Director, Business Integration & Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring that strategies, processes, and resources are seamlessly aligned across newly acquired entities. This professional is responsible for orchestrating the integration of people, technology, information, and operations to achieve organizational goals and maximize value creation.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Offers strategic direction and participates in all aspects of M&A transactions including due diligence, integration planning and executing against post-transaction integration activities.
- Manages cross-functional team during due diligence and post transaction Integration.
- Leads integration plans for internal (I3T, Finance, Marketing, T&C), practice and growth functions to align with the strategic goals of an acquisition.
- Establishes and maintains an integration playbook that allows for repeatable and scalable processes that are continuously updated based on lessons learned.
- Supports the execution of business initiatives throughout the integration and transition period, ensuring that integration goals and metrics are achieved and measured, while regularly reporting on emerging issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and leaders to provide strategic input and ideas for initiatives that improve and maximize efficiencies for M&A activities.
- Oversees communication of the integration schedules and status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manages and leads M&A team aligned to Integration.
- Identifies risks associated with integration activities and creates/executes actions to reduce or eliminate these risks.
- Leads change management activities and guides training teams to ensure integrated approach success.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- 10+ years aligning people, processes, and tech across business units during critical transitions, ideally in professional services environments.
- Managerial or supervisory experience.
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
- Ability to balance many projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines
- Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions.
- Ability to hold a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness for completion of projects
- Ability to effectively use organizational tools to enhance overall project execution, ensure communication of project status, and completion of tasks and projects meeting quality control standards.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and approach opportunities in a flexible and creative manner
- Advanced written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Advanced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
