Remote (U.S. only)

Compensation range $75,000 - $100,000

Location3 is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive new revenue growth through consultative selling and executive‑level relationship building with enterprise, franchise, and multi‑location brands. This is an agency‑side role for a senior seller who can lead complex sales cycles, translate client business challenges into compelling solutions, and represent Location3 as a trusted growth partner.

As a senior member of the growth team, you will own pipeline development from first conversation through close, partner closely with executive leadership on strategic opportunities, and help shape how Location3 goes to market with enterprise prospects.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead new business development efforts for enterprise, franchise, and multi‑location prospects
  • Own end‑to‑end sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, audits, proposals, and close
  • Serve as the primary sales lead in executive‑level prospect conversations and negotiations
  • Conduct strategic discovery and lead audit presentations that align marketing solutions to business outcomes
  • Maintain a healthy, well‑qualified pipeline with clear next steps and disciplined follow‑through
  • Partner with executive leadership on high‑priority and complex opportunities
  • Develop and maintain accurate pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting
  • Identify and address stalled opportunities through strategic problem‑solving and executive engagement
  • Collaborate with strategy and delivery teams to ensure alignment between what is sold and what is delivered
  • Provide feedback on positioning, pricing, and go‑to‑market approach based on market response
  • Represent Location3 with confidence, credibility, and professionalism in all prospect interactions

What You’ll Bring

  • 7–12+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or consultative selling roles
  • Proven success owning and closing complex B2B sales cycles, ideally within a digital agency or marketing services environment
  • Experience selling to enterprise, franchise, or multi‑location organizations
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to lead senior‑level conversations and presentations
  • Comfort presenting strategic recommendations and defending them with data and business rationale
  • Demonstrated ability to manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue accountability
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with strategy, media, and delivery teams
  • Self‑directed, accountable, and comfortable operating in a high‑expectation growth role

What Sets This Role Apart

  • High‑impact role with direct ownership of revenue growth
  • Opportunity to sell sophisticated, integrated marketing solutions to complex organizations
  • Close partnership with executive leadership on strategic opportunities
  • Ability to shape how Location3 approaches enterprise business development
  • Remote‑first environment with autonomy and accountability
