This senior leader will play a critical role in shaping how we bring our SMB products to market and will be instrumental in accelerating gross activations through development and deployment of a scalable go-to-market strategy.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the go-to-market and channel strategy for the SMB segment
- Develop SMB market analysis including addressable market, segmentation, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities to develop and expand sales to SMB segments through existing and new sales channels
- Act as the business leader for SMB product development including business requirements, service plans, devices, account and VAS offerings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, CXO, finance, technology, and product teams to align execution and drive subscriber acquisition
- Build and manage SMB-specific programs, including sales channel, incentive structures, onboarding processes, and performance management frameworks
- Own end-to-end strategy development, from planning and launch to scaling and continuous optimization
- Develop reporting dashboards and KPIs to track performance, contribution, and ROI of SMB sales channels
- Design, build, develop, and lead a high-performing team to execute SMB and strategic initiatives across geographies and/or vertical lines of business
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, business development, channel sales, or commercial leadership
- Industry experience in telecom, wireless, SaaS, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Strategic Acumen: Exceptional ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and drive execution across a complex organization.
- Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of financial concepts, budget management, and the ability to leverage data for business decision-making.
- Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to inspire, empower, and guide large teams. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively respond, interact, and collaborate with all levels of the organization, from front-line technicians to executive leadership.
- Communication & Presentation: Superior written, verbal, and presentation/facilitation skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Operational Agility: Highly flexible, innovative, and capable of managing competing responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in leveraging analytical tools and data insights to identify opportunities, solve problems, and measure results.
