The Sales Director will drive growth for Catalyst IQ by prospecting Tier III opportunities and securing new business. This individual will leverage MarketAI and the company's value-based selling approach to drive new revenue growth.  The digital suite of products includes SEM, VLA, Social ads, OTT, Display, SEO, MarketAI and more. 

Responsibilities:

  • Secure no less than 3 new Dealer Pitches with GM/Owner each week
  • Present and close in zoom demos to dealership management / stakeholders
  • Close +$35k/mo in incremental new business each month
  • Leverage provided market data to show/explain opportunities to prospects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high growth sales role, with direct experience in digital marketing & SaaS
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve monthly sales quota
  • Strong automotive and digital marketing acumen, communication, presentation and analytical skills required
  • Thrive leveraging the Challenger Sale approach. Ability to quickly decipher market data to show/explain opportunities for dealer prospects.
  • Superior knowledge of digital products and the ability to learn new technology
  • Proven ability to present and close new business via zoom
  • Experience leveraging Hubspot and/or Salesforce for high efficiency prospecting
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team
