Lead GTM strategy for Find.co's Crypto vertical, manage revenue targets, build partnerships, and influence product strategy.
Find.co is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Director of Business Development – Crypto to lead the commercial go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our Crypto vertical. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying and scaling revenue opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and shaping Find.co’s broader crypto content and product strategy.
You will own revenue targets, manage a small team, and play a hands-on role in developing partnerships, negotiating deals, and creating revenue-generating marketing packages. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the affiliate and media ecosystem, along with a strong network and proven track record in the crypto space.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute the GTM strategy for Find.co’s Crypto vertical.
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify high-potential revenue opportunities, including affiliate partnerships, CPA/revenue share deals, paid placements, and custom marketing packages.
- Guide internal teams on where Find.co can win in Crypto—providing data-backed recommendations on content formats, vertical expansion, and revenue models.
- Source, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with crypto platforms, exchanges, and fintech products.
- Negotiate and close revenue-generating deals, including CPA, CPL, revenue share, and fixed-fee agreements.
- Design full-funnel campaigns and partnership opportunities that align with partner goals and Find.co content capabilities.
- Manage and mentor account managers while directly contributing to BD efforts.
- Collaborate with Product, Editorial, and Marketing teams to align on content strategy, user experience, and partner enablement.
- Report on performance metrics, pipeline development, and revenue projections.
- Serve as the internal Crypto strategy expert—identifying where the market is heading and where Find.co should focus.
- Represent Find.co at industry events and within crypto communities to build visibility and trust.
- Provide thought leadership that influences product roadmap and editorial strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a business development, partnerships, or revenue-focused role within an affiliate or media company.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in performance marketing environments in the Crypto vertical
- Deep expertise in affiliate models, digital acquisition, and content monetization.
- Strong relationships within the crypto ecosystem—ideally across platforms, exchanges, and high-growth fintechs.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and deal-structuring skills.
- Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
