Company Overview:

Blink Health is the fastest growing healthcare technology company that builds products to make prescriptions accessible and affordable to everybody.  Our two primary products – BlinkRx and Quick Save – remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.

BlinkRx is the world’s first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. Patients benefit from transparent low prices, free home delivery, and world-class support on this first-of-its-kind centralized platform. With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can’t afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn’t have the medication in stock.

We are a highly collaborative team of builders and operators who invent new ways of working in an industry that historically has resisted innovation. Join us!

About the Role:

We are seeking a Brand and Creative Director to define, shape, and scale BlinkRx’s brand identity across all touchpoints while establishing BlinkRx as the creator and leader of a new category in drug commercialization. This leader will be both a visionary and a builder, responsible for crafting a compelling category narrative, developing a distinctive brand system, producing exceptional creative assets, and ensuring that our story resonates consistently both internally and externally across website, social, and other digital channels.

They will partner cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, product, and sales to increase BlinkRx’s brand awareness, relevance, and credibility among pharma, payers, providers, and patients.

What You’ll Do:

Brand Development & Strategy

  • Build a strategy to articulate and share BlinkRx’s category narrative, clearly articulating the market problem and how BlinkRx uniquely defines and leads the new category.
  • Translate the category story into a powerful brand narrative that inspires stakeholders and rallies the market around BlinkRx’s vision.
  • Own and evolve BlinkRx’s brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines to ensure a distinctive, consistent, and scalable brand system.
  • Elevate BlinkRx’s brand and ensure the brand identity is consistently reflected both internally and externally.

Creative Leadership

  • Lead the creation of high-quality visual, interactive, and written assets, from concept to delivery, for the website, LinkedIn, campaigns, in-person activations, trade shows, and marketing collateral.
  • Champion storytelling excellence across all content formats (social, video, experiential, thought leadership), ensuring every asset reinforces BlinkRx’s category leadership.
  • Oversee creative production processes, including managing internal creative resources, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Develop a content engine (especially via LinkedIn and owned channels) that educates the market on the category, sparks dialogue, and positions BlinkRx executives as industry visionaries.

Team Leadership

  • Partner with PR and communications teams to amplify BlinkRx’s narrative through earned media, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership content.
  • Own the creative direction and ongoing optimization of BlinkRx’s website to maximize engagement, conversion, and brand impact.
  • Oversee, develop and execute a LinkedIn content and creative strategy that drives audience growth, engagement, and brand authority.
  • Oversee BlinkRx’s experiential brand activations and team - including tradeshows, conferences, etc.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, events, and activations that build brand awareness and accelerate BlinkRx’s leadership position.

Performance & Optimization

  • Partner with the growth/marketing analytics team to measure creative performance and adapt strategies based on data.
  • Stay ahead of design, branding, and content trends to keep BlinkRx’s presence fresh and relevant. Leverage inspiration from other industries (outside of LifeScience) for creative inspiration and best practices.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years in brand marketing, creative direction, or related fields, with a proven track record of building and scaling brand identities.
  • Experience leading creative strategies for both B2B and B2C brands, with a clear understanding of how messaging, design, and channels differ between audiences.
  • Strong creative portfolio showcasing work across digital platforms (especially websites and LinkedIn), including measurable results from optimizing performance and engagement.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing company websites for both brand impact and conversion, including collaboration with design, development, and SEO resources.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing LinkedIn strategies to grow audience, engagement, and thought leadership presence.
  • Experience leading brand refreshes or building brands from the ground up.
  • Deep understanding of creative production processes, digital design best practices, and modern brand-building techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.

Why Join Us:

It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.  At Blink, we have a huge impact on people when they are most vulnerable: at the intersection of their healthcare and finances. We are also the fastest growing healthcare company in the country and are driving that impact across millions of new patients every year.  Our business model not only helps people, but drives economics that allow us to build a generational company. We are a relentlessly learning, constantly curious, and aggressively collaborative cross-functional team dedicated to inventing new ways to improve the lives of our customers.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity of all kinds. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
