This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This position is able to sit remotely. Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Boston, MA, Detroit, MI, Denver, CO, or Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid (2 day per week) out of our Dynatrace office.

- Execute a comprehensive internal AI strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Lead the identification and prioritization of AI initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable business value and ROI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases and develop roadmaps for implementation.
- Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of the AI roadmap, and associated dependencies, issues and risks.
- Communicate the AI strategy and its impact to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on AI Use Case performance to senior leadership and cross functional stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and assess their potential impact on the organization.

Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
