About Us
At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against “we caught it too late again".
We are looking for a Director of AI Strategy & Operations, you will serve as the strategic and operational partner to the VP of AI and Research. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic planning, program execution, cross-functional orchestration, and leadership accountability to define and drive forward Prenuvo’s most critical AI initiatives—from research and labeling infrastructure to regulatory delivery and product deployment.
You’ll act as the connective tissue across research, clinical, engineering, and regulatory, ensuring our AI roadmap translates into execution with speed, clarity, and accountability.
Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives!
What You’ll Do
- Act as a thought partner for the VP of AI - helping to plan the roadmap of initiatives that will deliver the most impact for Prenuvo and our patients
- Drive execution of Prenuvo’s end-to-end AI portfolio—including research programs, labeling initiatives, FDA-regulatory workflows, and model deployment readiness.
- Build and lead an AI program operating model, including team cadences, prioritization processes, and executive reporting.
- Own upward communication—synthesizing complex AI/technical updates into crisp, business-aligned narratives for the CEO, CMO, and board audiences.
- Collaborate deeply with labeling leads, radiology experts, AI scientists, and software/product managers to set clear OKRs and resource plans.
- Monitor progress against KPIs and proactively identify blockers, risks, or misalignments—ensuring a “no surprises” environment for AI execution.
- Lead strategic problem-solving in ambiguous areas—e.g., labeling throughput, regulatory preparation, clinical readiness—without waiting to be told what to do.
- Instill a culture of 80/20 thinking, fast iteration, and tight alignment across research teams.
What You’ll Bring
- 7–10+ years of experience in high ownership environments requiring a blend of strategy and execution - examples could be time in strategy consulting, research commercialisation, product or program management, or founder roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs that span R&D, clinical/regulatory, and go-to-market.
- Clear and impactful communication skills: You write and speak with clarity, distilling complex information into actionable insights. You’re effective in engaging with executives and driving alignment at the leadership level.
- Deep operational rigor: you’ve run cadences, tracked KPIs, built status reporting, and held teams accountable to deliverables.
- High EQ and collaborative leadership style: you know how to work with scientists, engineers, and execs without friction.
- Detail-oriented with strategic insight: You can dive into the small details without losing sight of the bigger picture, shaping narratives that guide decision-making
