salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Overview
The Director of AI Innovation & Enablement will lead a lean, high-impact team within Technical Delivery & Engineering (TD&E) to drive AI-driven efficiency, intelligent automation, and global workforce enablement aligned with TD&E’s 2026 strategic goals. This role will define and execute an AI strategy leveraging cutting-edge tools to transform delivery. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep AI fluency, capable of bridging business needs with technology for tangible outcomes. Key focus areas include streamlining project execution, enhancing decision-making through advanced analytics, integrating AI into Engineering, Regional Management, and PMO processes, and scaling solutions globally.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AI adoption in TD&E, aligning initiatives with business goals to improve delivery quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
- Set vision for TD&E AI initiatives, collaborating with PMO, Engineering, Regional Management, Partner Management, and Managed Services.
- Lead AI Enablement initiatives to evangelize the AI agenda, set realistic expectations, and define success metrics across functions.
- Establish guidelines for responsible AI usage, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Identify high-impact opportunities to embed AI and automation into TD&E operations (e.g., generating project plans, document reviews, workflow automation).
- Drive adoption of AI agents and approved tools to enhance productivity, including custom agents and Agentic Ai workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify GenAI use cases, analyze workflows, and propose innovative solutions.
- Facilitate communication between AI teams and business units, advocate for adoption and address misconceptions.
- Drive user adoption through training programs, playbooks, and “AI toolkit” resources.
- Partner with Learning & Development to promote AI literacy across the organization.
- Support development of AI team members and mentor practitioners to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Develop impact measurement methods to assess AI contributions to productivity.
- Monitor AI performance, address biases, and maintain transparency in AI-enabled processes.
- Build and lead a global matrix team of AI practitioners.
- Act as mentor and guide to ensure consistent delivery quality across engagements.
