Lead and direct Ping Identity's business intelligence, generative AI, and internal innovation technology initiatives. Drive strategic planning, development, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies to enhance business operations and competitive advantage.


Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for business intelligence, generative AI, and internal innovation.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Business Intelligence

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of business intelligence systems and tools, including platforms like Tableau and Databricks.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility through robust data governance practices.

Generative AI

  • Establish the technology and process foundation for the adoption of generative AI solutions.  
  • Partner with the business on identifying and prioritizing high-value gen’ AI use cases.
  • Guide the selection of off-the-shelf and assembled AI solutions.
  • Explore and implement AI models for automation, content generation, and decision support, leveraging cloud platforms like AWS and Google.
  • Run and maintain implemented gen’ AI solutions.  
  • Monitor and optimize AI performance and ethical considerations.

Internal Innovation

  • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
  • Manage internal innovation programs and initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency.

Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of technical professionals consisting of business intelligence, AI and customer development skillsets.  
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in leading business intelligence, AI, and innovation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, AI technologies, and innovation methodologies.
  • Experience in managing technical teams and projects.
  • Hands-on experience with relevant technologies (e.g., Databricks, AWS, Tableau) and widely-used large language models.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining data governance frameworks.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

USA: $150k to $200k + Bonus 
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
