About the role:
We are seeking a Director of Account Management to build and lead DuploCloud’s Account Management function. This leader will be directly responsible for driving expansion ARR through upsell and cross-sell motions, while building the team, process, and playbooks to scale. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, this role owns post-sale revenue growth and works closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to ensure customers realize full value from DuploCloud.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in cloud/SaaS expansion sales, thrives in high-growth environments, and is adept at leveraging AWS and GCP partner funding programs to accelerate deal velocity.

- Driving strategy and execution for upsells, cross-sells, and renewals to achieve quotas and deliver measurable ARR growth.
- Leveraging cloud partnerships (AWS, GCP, and others) to maximize co-sell and funding programs that support expansion and renewal motions.
- Building and scaling Account Management functions, including processes, playbooks, and reporting structures that ensure predictable expansion outcomes.
- Incorporating Managed Operations and professional services into upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Overseeing high-risk or strategic accounts, managing complex renewals, preventing churn, and expanding relationships at the VP and C-level.
- Partnering with Customer Success Managers to align adoption, expansion opportunities, and renewal execution.
- Hiring, enabling, and coaching Account Managers to achieve individual quotas and drive overall NRR goals.
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and renewal forecasts, tracking performance against quotas, and providing leadership updates.
- Gathering and communicating customer insights to influence roadmap, marketing initiatives, and go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in account management, expansion sales, or sales leadership, preferably in cloud, DevOps, or SaaS companies.
- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying roles with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep familiarity with AWS, GCP, and other cloud partner funding programs.
- Experience selling SaaS plus Managed Operations or professional services.
- Experience building and scaling quota-carrying teams from early stages.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and deal orchestration skills.
- Strong operational discipline around pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting

Range: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 depending on location and level of experience.
